Your role

As an Investment Operations Analyst at Inyova you will be responsible for portfolio operations, reporting and monitoring of our customer portfolios and universe within the Investment Office. Specifically, you will work on:

Portfolio operations. You will be responsible for shiny data, i.e. data integrity and quality, in our portfolio management and trading systems. You will be on top of equity corporate actions and prepare recommendations.
Reporting. You will own various board, management and regulatory reportings concerning performance, taxes and investment limits. You will also prepare and oversee customer fee and reimbursement bookings.
Equity Research Monitoring. You will monitor our universe of 350+ companies for relevant changes in company performance, quality or red flags based on our proprietary company monitoring system.

In your role you will work together with our Investment Office Developer team, who are building our state-of-the-art investment operations system, and our Quantitative Investment Management Team, who is responsible for ad-hoc data science, direct tooling and visual dashboards.

Your profile

As part of our team, you will work side-by-side the (Quantitative) Investment Management team on a broad range of topics and projects. You are successful if more people are excited about impact investing every day.

As the Investment Operations Analyst at Inyova, you:

Have gained first professional experience in a finance operations or middle office role, e.g. within an internship or first graduate role.
Are passionate about long-term investing in sustainable and impactful assets.
Are eager to work with or learn working with quantitative tools (e.g. Python) and databases (SQL) in your daily work.
Are a graduate of at least a Bachelor's degree or other professional finance training.
Are a self-starter eager to work in a fast-paced investment management and trading environment.
Have an eagle eye for the detail and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
Are a great communicator with proficiency in English.
Are intrinsically motivated about Inyova’s mission to mainstream impact investing.
Are lots of fun to work with.
